Clarens-based creative Phillip Le Roux has a deep love for the town and the people in the community. Working with steel and plywood, he designs and builds distinctive furniture that blends craftsmanship with artistic expression. While constructing his family home, Phillip used the opportunity to explore ideas across furniture, walls, and doors, transforming the space into a living artwork. His contribution to the light festival reflects another lifelong passion: comic books, which he has collected since the age of thirteen.
